Isiah Cater – Founder, Business Strategist, and Servant Leader

Isiah Cater is the co-founder of GraceFilled Community, a dynamic organization designed to support individuals, churches, nonprofits, and businesses through spiritual, emotional, and professional empowerment. Together with his wife, Nicole Cater, Isiah leads the organization’s three core extensions: Project of The GraceFilled (a 501(c)(3) organization), GraceFilled Network, and GraceFilled Business Solutions. These initiatives are aimed at providing holistic growth for communities, fostering the same spirit of unity and care that characterized the early Church as described in the Book of Acts.

A Leader with a Heart for Restoration and Growth

Isiah’s personal journey is one of resilience, faith, and transformation. Married to Nicole for nearly 20 years, he is the father of four children: Iyani (who resides in Heaven), Isaac, Ivori, and Ivann. In 2007, the couple experienced a devastating loss—their firstborn child—while serving as youth pastors. This loss shattered their marriage, faith, and sense of purpose, leading them to question everything about life and ministry. However, through God’s grace and the pursuit of healing, Isiah emerged from this season with a renewed passion for helping others navigate life’s difficulties with strength and faith.

Isiah and Nicole’s journey led them to establish GraceFilled Community in 2023, a ministry that empowers others to overcome life’s challenges, including marital struggles, grief, insecurity, and doubt. Isiah’s work with Project of The GraceFilled focuses on creating pathways for individuals to experience healing, growth, and purpose through biblical counseling, discipleship, mentorship, and spiritual guidance.

Isiah brings a wealth of experience in business strategy, operations management, and process improvement to the GraceFilled Community. His professional background includes certifications such as Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CSSYB) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), which demonstrate his commitment to excellence in operational processes. His expertise in business strategy is reflected in GraceFilled Business Solutions, where he provides support to entrepreneurs and small business owners, helping them achieve financial stability, streamline operations, and grow their enterprises.

In addition to his role in business development, Isiah co-leads GraceFilled Network, where he works with churches and nonprofits to develop strategic growth plans, enhance leadership capabilities, and create sustainable programs. His ability to blend spiritual leadership with practical business skills makes him a trusted advisor and leader in both ministry and business sectors.
