Nicole Cater – Founder, Author, and Dynamic Speaker

Nicole Cater is a visionary leader, author, and dynamic speaker with a heart for helping individuals find healing, purpose, and identity through God's grace. She is the founder of GraceFilled Community, which includes Project of The GraceFilled (a 501(c)(3) organization), GraceFilled Network, and GraceFilled Business Solutions. These three core extensions are dedicated to supporting churches, nonprofits, individuals, and businesses by fostering holistic growth through mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual development.

A Story of Faith and Resilience

Nicole's personal journey is one of deep faith, resilience, and triumph over adversity. Married to Isiah Cater for 19 years, Nicole is a devoted wife and mother to four children: Iyani (who resides in Heaven), Isaac, Ivori, and Ivann. Her story took a heartbreaking turn in 2007 when she and her husband, serving as youth pastors at the time, tragically lost their firstborn child. This loss deeply affected their marriage, faith, and identity, leading them to question the very foundations of their lives.

Despite receiving support from their local church, Nicole realized the need for more comprehensive guidance. Over time, as they relocated and engaged in personal healing through counseling and trauma recovery, Nicole felt called to share the lessons she learned about God's mercy, grace, and holistic healing with others. This calling inspired the founding of Project of The GraceFilled in 2023, a ministry born from her passion for helping others overcome insecurity, depression, grief, and life's many challenges.

A Kingdom Influencer with a Servant's Heart

Known as a kingdom influencer, Nicole’s life and ministry are built on the values found in the New Testament’s Book of Acts. She emphasizes the importance of sharing resources, prayer and encouragement, and spiritual guidance—all principles that shaped her vision for GraceFilled Community. Her goal is to equip local churches and nonprofits to serve their communities with the same care and intentionality that characterized the early Church.

Through GraceFilled Business Solutions, Nicole provides small business owners and entrepreneurs with virtual notary services, administrative support, and digital marketing expertise. She also co-leads GraceFilled Network, where she supports churches and nonprofits with strategic growth and leadership development. Her heart, however, remains in Project of The GraceFilled, where she offers biblical counseling, motivational speaking, mentorship, and workshops, all aimed at empowering people to live lives of purpose and grace.

Educational and Professional Accomplishments

Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She has been an ordained minister since 2007 and has amassed various certifications and accreditations in counseling, leadership, and business development. Despite these accomplishments, Nicole believes her greatest asset is her testimony of life experiences, which allows her to speak powerfully into the lives of others.

As a trusted biblical counselor, author, and speaker, Nicole regularly shares her story at conferences, workshops, and events, always bringing glory to God and empowering others to live with hope. Her message is simple but profound: knowing one's identity in Christ is the key to overcoming life's hardships.

A Mission to Serve God's Kingdom

Together with her husband Isiah, Nicole is on a mission to serve God's Kingdom by helping others avoid the pitfalls of life and find balance in their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Their heart for the GraceFilled Community is to bring back the spirit of unity and support seen in the early Church. By offering counseling, leadership training, and spiritual mentorship, Nicole aims to build up strong, thriving communities of believers who live out their faith in every aspect of life.

As Nicole and Isiah approach their 20th wedding anniversary in January 2025, they continue to serve faithfully in their local church while carrying out the ministry entrusted to them through GraceFilled Community. They are proud parents of four children, one of whom resides in Heaven, and remain committed to their calling to share God’s grace and healing with the world.
